Multi-Family Complexes

Recycling at Multi-Family Complexes

Would you like to start recycling service at your Multi-family complex? It can be an overwhelming task but we're here to help. Our recycling coordinators are available to audit your facility and recommend recycling service appropriate for your needs. They can also provide outreach information and indoor recycling bins for tenants.

Recycling rates vary by city but recycling service is always cheaper than garbage service. Consequently, starting recycling service can help decrease your monthly costs. If you are interested in setting up recycling service at your multi-family complex please call:

Antioch Multi-Families
Antioch Recycling ToteRecycling is mandatory for multi-family complexes in Antioch. Indoor recycling tote-bags are available for complexes interested in devoting energy to their programs. We can also provide you with door-hangers and recycling brochures for tenants.

Property Manager?
Multi-family recycling can be challenging. High turn-over rates often result in low participation and contamination of recycling carts. We recommend that you have brochures and recycling totes on-hand to give to new tenants. Stressing the importance of proper disposal behavior from the beginning is necessary to keep your (and their) costs down. Download this brochure for details about owning or operating a Multi-Family complex in Antioch.

You might also consider distributing our Beyond Bottles & Cans brochure. This contains disposal information for hazardous, bulky and unique goods - hopefully resulting in less of these items ending up in your dumpsters.
