Customers have 4 convenient ways to pay their bill.
  1. Quick, Easy and Convenient Online. Make one-time payments or sign up for auto bill-pay with your credit card or bank account by visiting http://awbillpay.inetbiller.com. You may also call Customer Service at (925) 685-4711 or toll free at (877) 692-9729 to set up your auto bill-pay account.

  2. By mail, using the envelope provided. Please do not mail your payments to our office in Pacheco. Payments must be submitted to:

  3. By phone, with American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. We do not accept checks over the phone.

      You do not need a copy of your statement to make a payment at our office. Payment options: check, cash, credit card or money order. We do not make change.

      To pay at the following local payment centers you must have a copy of your statement to make a payment. You also need to call us to verify payment if your account is past due.
